Carrot soup with river crab
A choice of three entrée selections:
• Sliced chicken with a traditional mushroom cream sauce and Rösti
• Salmon with Boston Bibb lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, beans, olives and potato with a balsamic vinaigrette
• Sweet pea-saffron risotto with asparagus, garden vegetables, lemon and fresh field herbs
Special “Kronenhalle” chocolate mousse with traditional Basler cookies
