Event Registration
Members receive separate invitations approximately 4 weeks in advance. All of our events are planned with families in mind. The activities are wonderful ways to make new friends and renew acquaintances.

German-American Club at the Boylston Schul-Verein, Walpole, MA: 12–5:30 pm
Come one, come all! Celebrate Switzerland‘s 728th birthday with us! The German-American Club’s beautiful facility in Walpole has a large covered pavilion so we can enjoy our August 1 traditions rain or shine. Families and friends are welcome.

Food
12–5:00. . . . . . . . . . . .The Swiss Society’s menu is offered for sale: Bratwurst, Schueblig, and vegetarian sausages with Bürli and pretzel rolls from swissbäkers; ice cream, and coffee. Soft drinks, wine and beer are available from the cash bar.

Volunteers Needed
We depend on your help to make this event a success. Please volunteer for one or more of the following tasks:
» Set-up: 10:00 am
» Soccer and shooting: 1-4 pm
» Kitchen—grilling or serving: 12-5 pm
» Clean-up: 5:30-6:00 pm (goes quickly!)

Boylston Schul-Verein, 8 County St. (Rt. 109) Walpole, MA 02081
From Rte. 95/128: Take exit 16B to merge onto Rt. 109 W/High St toward Westwood. Continue 4 miles on Rt. 109. #8 County St will be on left.
From Rhode Island: Take exit 9 off of Rt. 95 N to Rt. 1 N. Turn left onto Rt. 27 N/High Plain St. Turn right onto Rt. 109 E/County St. #8 County St will be on right.
Carpooling: If you need transportation or have extra room please coordinate ride-sharing with John Willis at: john@swisssocietyboston.org.
Dogs (except service animals) are not allowed at the facility

Fondue 2018- YUM!
Samichlaus 2017!! We had LOTS of fun – Christmas Stars, Caroling with a wonderful piano player and Samichlaus delivered treats to the children!

Autumn Family Hike – October 2016
The weather was spectacular for our Kayaking event! On Saturday the 26th of June, we enjoyed cool breezes and calm waters as we paddled the Charles River and the small waterways and lagoons along its shoreline… Then a fabulous lunch and a cold beer at Meadhall to end the perfect day…
The Fondue Party was a success!
We had a great turnout for our Fondue Party on the 6th of February at the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Beverly Massachusetts. Many members came and enjoyed a special taste of Switzerland. Thank you to all who attended and who made the evening so enjoyable. Thank you to Mrs. Dediu for the following pictures!
