Enjoy a fall afternoon at this popular event! Bring your family and friends to the Swiss Society of Boston’s traditional Raclette Picnic! The Swiss Society provides cheese for the Raclette; you bring the trimmings—boiled potatoes, pickles, salad, dessert and beverages. Don’t forget plates and utensils!

DIRECTIONS TO LARZ ANDERSON PARK, BROOKLINE
From Rte. 128/95: Take exit 20A onto Rte. 9 East towards Boston. Follow for 3.3 miles. Slight right at Boylston St., following signs for Wellesley/Rte. 9 W/Hyde Park/W Roxbury. Exit slight right at Hammond Pond Parkway. At Horace James Circle, take 3rd exit onto Newton St. Slight left to stay on Newton St. (0.5 mi), then turn left to stay on Newton St. (0.4 mi). Fork left onto Goddard Ave. The park is on your right.
From Boston on Rt 9 West: Head towards Newton. After you pass the Brookline Reservoir on left, take left onto Lee St. which becomes Clyde St. Follow for 1.3 miles to end, and turn left onto Newton St. Immediately fork left onto Goddard Ave. The park is on your right.
Mt. Sunapee Fall Hike: October 8th
Mount Sunapee, New Hampshire 1398 Route 103, Newbury, NH
Meet at 11 a.m. in the Adventure Park Visitor Center
Starting behind the Lodge, we will hike the two-mile summit trail to an elevation of 2745 ft. This involves some steep uphill hiking, but the stunning fall views will be worth our efforts! We will picnic at the summit if the weather allows. Carry in—carry out!
Another option up and/or down is the Chair Lift, which is in operation that day from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. ($10, free under 5). Tickets are available in the Adventure Park Visitor Center. For more information, see www.mountsunapee.com.

The weather was spectacular for our Kayaking event! On Saturday the 26th of June, we enjoyed cool breezes and calm waters as we paddled the Charles River and the small waterways and lagoons along its shoreline… Then a fabulous lunch and a cold beer at Meadhall to end the perfect day…
We had a wonderful time riding and walking the East Bay Bike Path in Bristol Rhode Island on May 14... Here are some nice pictures:
A great time was had by all at the 151st Annual Meeting- April 9, 2016 at the Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington, MA
In addition to convening our Annual Meeting and conducting our business responsibilities, including voting on several issues and ammendments at hand, we also shared a nice evening together enjoying great food, terrific music and a inspirational talk by special guest Gabriela Martina www.gabrielamartina.com and her talented Pianist Maxim Lubarsky.

The Fondue Party was a success!
We had a great turnout for our Fondue Party on the 6th of February at the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Beverly Massachusetts. Many members came and enjoyed a special taste of Switzerland.
